Over the past year, I’ve created a series of applied AI projects — including content generation systems, intake triage agents, and decision frameworks — designed to solve real operational problems using automation and structured logic.
My work sits at the intersection of AI, operations, and execution: taking unstructured inputs and turning them into repeatable, scalable outputs.
Before this, I spent many years focused on health, rebuilding, and trying to understand why things weren’t working. That period led to something unexpected — a deep habit of experimentation.
In 2025, I applied that same mindset to AI:

- Created tools, experiments, and digital products
- Used AI daily as a thinking and execution partner
I didn’t do this for a job.
I did it to understand how things work — and to build something real from nothing.
