“Your work is invisible.”
I talk and debate with AI everyday—we talk about life choices, thinking clearly, taking action, and other subjects.
I’ve spent years on inner work—meditation, mindfulness, learning, exercise. Even the writing on my website is shielded because not many people have discovered it yet.
“Exposure is a risk you need to take.”
My internal work needed to be exposed to the public in intentional ways.
I wanted to make sure I wasn’t hiding from the world by doing excessive inner work. I have no intention of becoming a monk or yogi so I needed to get out there, even if I don’t feel ready.
I need to promote my work, ask for feedback, and share publicly in places people already visit.
Instead of waiting passively for people to discover me, I need to go where they are and showcase my work. This is my new understanding.
