🍇 Sattvic Food Offerings
- Seasonal Fruits: Banana, mango, guava, and papaya — sliced and fanned on a lotus-leaf plate.
- Raw Coconut Slices: Symbol of purity and inner coolness.
- Soaked Almonds & Raisins: Nourishment softened by water — wisdom gentled into sweetness.
- Simple Rice or Kichari: Plain rice with ghee and salt — humility as sustenance.
🫖 Drink Offering
- Tulsi Herbal Tea: Sacred plant infused in hot water — breath of the Himalayas in liquid form.
- Spring Water with Lemon: Sun-kissed clarity — offered in a copper cup or earthen bowl.
🌸 Flower Offering
- White Lotus or Champa: Purity and surrender — placed at the center of the plate.
- Fragrant Jasmine Garland: Around a photo or yantra of Babaji — no incense, only bloom.
- Sandal Paste Dot: Applied to the offering vessel — symbol of third eye cooling.

- Fast or cleanse with light food before offering — come empty, come pure.
- Set the altar: white cloth, photo or yantra of Babaji, diya unlit (symbolic flame).
