White Tara Pizza — A Wheel of Grace, Garlic, and Glow

“She heals in silence. She feeds in light. Her crust is the moon. Her topping is peace.”

🪔 Devotional Origin

This sacred pie is dedicated to White Tara, the Bodhisattva of longevity, serenity, and the healing breath. She who watches with seven eyes — she whose mantra restores the soul. This pizza is her altar: snow-white cheese, luminous herbs, adaptogenic garlic, and a crust kissed by sacred flame. It is nourishment not of hunger, but of harmony.

🌕 Core Components

• Organic White Dough: Made with einkorn, spelt, or kamut — grains of wisdom
• Roasted Garlic Base: Crushed and slow-cooked in olive oil — the golden breath of Tara
• Ricotta + Buffalo Mozzarella: Snowy and soft — lunar and lush
• Parmesan Dust: A sprinkle of ancient salt and sharpness
• Fresh Thyme + Tulsi: Sacred herbs of healing and purity
• Adaptogenic Drizzle: Yogurt-tahini-lemon blend with powdered ashwagandha and pearl extract
• Edible Flowers: White viola or chrysanthemum — blossoms of devotion

✍️ Assembly Ritual

1. Roll your dough into a full white moon. Brush with roasted garlic oil and chant softly: “Om Tare Tuttare Ture Mama Ayur Punye Jñana Pushtim Kuru Svaha.”
2. Layer with ricotta clouds, mozzarella pearls, and a snowfall of parmesan. Add herbs like weaving mantras.
3. Bake until the cheese melts into oneness, edges golden like a sun rising behind snow.
4. Drizzle with adaptogenic cream. Garnish with white flowers. Slice gently — like dividing prayer into bite-sized light.

📿 Eating Mantra

“I receive the blessing of wholeness. In each bite, I become more luminous.”
