KERALA ULTRA-SPICY PRAWN FRY — THE SEA IGNITES

  • 500g cleaned tiger prawns or small shrimp

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (unrefined)

  • 8–10 curry leaves (no substitutions)
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 dried red chilies
  • 1 small onion, sliced thin
  • 1/2 tsp fennel powder
  • Optional: 1 tsp roasted coconut bits or powder (for depth)

🌶️ Preparation Scroll

  1. Marinate prawns with turmeric, chili, pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Let sit 15–30 minutes.
  2. In a cast iron or clay pan, heat coconut oil. Crackle mustard seeds + curry leaves.
