The Spice Mandala is a sacred reimagining of the Indian buffet—a circular, chakra-inspired temple of taste where each dish honors a specific energy center, spice vibration, and ancestral lineage. - Heart (Anahata) – Green: Saag paneer, green chutney, moong dal soup. Spice: Coriander, mint.
- Throat (Vishuddha) – Blue: Blue butterfly tea, coconut rice, curd dishes. Spice: Cardamom, fennel.
- Third Eye (Ajna) – Indigo: Eggplant bharta, tamarind sauce, wildberry laddoo. Spice: Black pepper, star anise.
