They trained at the Flame Road Monastery, a culinary-martial arts school where one’s soul was honed alongside their recipes. There, they became known as “The Emberhand”—both for their legendary flame-seared dishes… and their ability to knock enemies across a canyon with a skillet.
After the monastery fell, Safael took to the Wastelands—feeding rebels, wandering war-beasts, and the occasional god, all while serving joy on a plate and justice with a rolling pin.
