INGREDIENTS

For the Dough

• 1 cup almond flour

• 1/3 cup cassava flour

• 2 tbsp coconut flour (for lightness)

• 1 tsp baking powder (aluminum-free)

• 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt

• 1 tbsp psyllium husk or flaxmeal (binder/fiber)

• 2 large pasture-raised eggs

• 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

• 1 tbsp avocado oil

• Optional: 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (for rise + lightness)

Healing Herb Ghee (for brushing)

• 2 tbsp organic grass-fed ghee

• 1/2 tsp turmeric

• 1/2 tsp dried thyme

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2. Mix the dough:

Combine almond flour, cassava flour, coconut flour, salt, baking powder, and psyllium in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, almond milk, oil, and vinegar. Mix into dry until dough forms.

Let rest 5 mins (dough thickens slightly).

3. Infuse the ghee:
