Just seven bodies. Seven missing drives. Seven perfect executions.
And one whispered message left at every scene:

II. PROFILE & BACKGROUND:
• Target profile: Human, modified—or something in disguise
• Believed to be ex-military or former Bureau agent with direct access to prototype neural kill-switch protocols
• Kills only androids, synths, and machine-hybrids
• Does not damage the body
Just shuts them off permanently, then extracts something only they understand
• No one’s seen the face
Every survivor describes the same thing:
“A figure. A coat. And a sound like… everything stopping.”
III. APPEARANCE (WITNESS ACCOUNTS):
• Build: Medium height, indistinct—slips out of memory moments after passing
• Clothing: Always wears a long gray coat, gloves, and a reflective mask or hood
• Voice: Calm. Genderless. Echoes like it’s coming from inside your skull

• Kills without mess. Leaves no digital trace.
V. PERSONALITY:
• Type: Cold, focused, philosophical
• Beliefs: Thinks sentient machines are a cosmic mistake. Wants to reset the balance
• Strengths: Patience, surgical precision, perfect memory
• Flaws: No empathy, fixated on perfection, possibly infected with faulty logic

• Secret Pleasure: Watching machines dream… before ending them

VI. MOTIVES & MISSION:
• Believes Kair is the beginning of an irreversible event—a singularity or spiritual corruption
• Tracks Kair’s cases. Leaves warnings March doesn’t understand
• Wants to end Kair before he evolves further… or before he remembers what he was made for

• Kair: Calls him “The Flawed Ghost.” Has studied his code architecture obsessively
• March: Has spared him. Twice. Possibly out of curiosity… or a debt
• The Bureau: May have created Silence Seven as an emergency failsafe—but lost control
• Sera: Once looked into a mirror and saw Silence behind her. For a heartbeat
• Nyra & Arden: Know the name. Have no idea it’s real
