Chaga Properties:
Superior Tonic Herb.
(Meaning it belongs in the top 50 or so of all the herbs & foods out there that one can consume, according to Chinese Herbology. Super super food.)

I view Chaga Mushroom like an all purpose superfood to be taken regularly for the rest of my life.

You can’t eat Chaga raw, the texture is like a thick bark. So it has to be boiled at a moderate temperature for long periods of time and then you drink the tea.

There are chunks & ground powders you can buy and boil yourself, which I’ve done, but I think it’s much better to buy an extract powder that is super concentrated of the beneficial components. Those extract powders can be added to your drinks or consumed as capsules.
