Reflections 🤳

June 27, 2017

Our outer world is a reflection of our inner world. Inner world is a reflection of our outer world.

A chaotic bedroom floor is a reflection of a chaotic mind. Clean the mind and the floor becomes clean. Clean the floor and the mind becomes clean.

There are two kinds of reflections, I’ve noticed.

Like attracts like.
Birds of a feather flock together. Top notch people attract top notch employees. Great talent want to work at great companies.

Opposites also attract.
North and south poles of a magnet. A victim and a bully. Caretakers and broken people. Codependent relationships. They complete each other, like two halves.

A whole person (if there is such a thing) sees reflections of other whole people.

A half person sees reflections of the other half, so that we can learn from these experiences. Like looking in a mirror to notice the spinach stuck in our teeth.

Either we choose to become whole by our own accord or nature will force it to happen.

The good news is that once you realize why you attracted that person or situation into your life, the reflection fades away.
