This should be the simplest answer in the world, one would assume, but I’ve spent all my adult life (about 18 years) trying to figure it out.

If you’re doing fine eating whatever you’re currently eating, no need to read any further.

I wanted to share some of my findings in case you’re also wondering what the heck you can eat, especially if you’re having tons of trouble with depression, allergies, weight gain, and other mystery illnesses.

Experiment with what works for you and what doesn’t.

What NOT to eat:
1. Top 8 Allergens: these trigger 90% of all food allergies: milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy.

2. Lectin-rich foods: grains, beans, nuts, seeds, dairy, nightshades (tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, bell peppers, cayenne pepper, red pepper, paprika), etc

3. processed food, sugar, junk food, bad vegetable oils, corn (gmo), grain-fed factory-farmed animals, farmed fish
