Talkin about all the health things I’ve learned in the past few months.

1. Love eating high carb, low fat plant foods more than previous low carb, high fat meat diets.

2. The need to add fish oil to a low fat diet for depression issues.

3. Genetic testing analysis revealing obesity, depression, and other factors.

4. Healed my long-standing acid reflux & diarrhea/gut problems using plant food, and not listening to the GI doctor who prescribed meds and unnecessary procedures. I forgot to mention that my post nasal drip (constantly clearing throat) all the time after eating, is nearly gone now too!
