Metabolic differences

Slow oxidizers vs High oxidizers vs Balanced

Personality differences
According to Myer-Briggs (based on Carl Jung’s work) there are four categories.
Introvert vs Extrovert
Intuitive vs Sensing
Feeling vs Thinking
Judging vs Perceiving

Right brain dominant vs Left brainers
Highly sensitive people with highly sensitive nervous systems vs the rest

Emotional type differences
According to psychiatrist Judith Orloff:
Intellectual vs Empath vs Rock vs Gusher

Attachment type differences
Anxious vs Avoidant vs Secure

There are probably as many different types of humans as there are different types of birds.

I think the only difference that really matters is
Open minded vs Closed minded.

This makes all the difference.
Open minded means we are willing to see the other side. We let in more ideas into our brain even if it contradicts with our existing beliefs. We keep a beginner’s mind.

“The test of a first-rate intelligence is the ability to hold two opposed ideas in mind at the same time and still retain the ability to function.”
– F. Scott Fitzgerald
