Week 13 Paleo: Dropped 2 Fuckin Nukes on Fat Cells = -5.1lbs

Yes, I’m doing three posts in a row in less than an hour. It’s my site, I do what I want, when I want! (I apologize, not sure why became a dick & argued with a phantom person there! Maybe weight loss is making me cocky, will meditate on that)

This week’s results:

Ok, I feel fantastic. And it has been consistent. No ups & downs like back in the day.

Every day I feel better and better than the day before. It’s a new feeling I’m getting used to.

So last week, I talked about a few new things I will be adding to my repertoire to boost fast loss.

I call them my fat loss nukes. I def dropped some powerful nukes into my fat cells and the results have been extraordinary.

I lost -5.1 lbs in ONE WEEK!

This is equal to the results in the first 3 months of data being tracked where I lost -5.5 lbs in 12 weeks!

And all last month, I lost -6.8 lbs!

Weight loss is finally easy, effortless & fun. I’m super excited right now and confidence at all time highs.

Nuke #1:

Bulletproof coffee w/ grass-fed butter + coconut oil: I’m waiting for delivery of the actual bulletproof coffee + mct oil because it’s been so popular that it’s being backordered.

Then I had the thought of getting my own coffee beans (the cleanest, most organic ones I can find from whole foods) + adding coconut oil instead of mct oil for now.

And I had to go to 5 stores to finally find kerrygold grass-fed unsalted butter, but it was worth the journey!

Cashier & people standing in line were def giving me odd looks but it was super fun. I loaded up w/ 10 sticks.

This week, I’ve only done this bulletproof coffee the last two days. So full results will be visible in next week’s data.

But I feel amazing all day after drinking this sweet buttery goodness. I feel energized. No crashes. No headaches. Feel full.

I had to force feed myself a 1/2 salad last nite just because I hadn’t eaten all day and was def not hungry.

Nuke #2:

5 days straight of 10.4g epa/dha super omega fish oil. Bang!

The fish oil I bought (see link at top of page) has no aftertaste or fish burps. It just tastes like clean oil + slight lemon taste.

The reason behind this is also explained in last week’s post + updated on the main weight loss page.

I am fairly confident this is playing a big role in reducing inflammation in my body + my brain/body loves all that concentrated omega3s I’m pumping into it.

Full results will be seen in next week’s data when I’m able to do it for 7 days.

Patriot Missile:

Not all bombs have to be nukes. I was able to launch a few patriot missiles up in there as well.

Meditation hack: used Dave Asprey’s suggestion of heartmath emwave software. It took a few mins to get used to it but it makes meditation fun!

The software clips onto your ear (to get the pulse) and shows your heart rate, pulse and heart rate variability on the screen. Our job is to calm our breath and think positive thoughts to get green lights lit.

Here’s what it looked like yesterday – the best day yet (89% green):

I’m taking Dave’s suggestion of doing at least 10mins a day for minimum of 6 weeks so that the brain plasticity changes for the better.

This has been evident in my dreams as I wake up and journal them. In my dreams, positive things are happening. For example, in one dream – I was stuck in a tall building w/ seals & lions trying to accost me, I just jumped off the ledge.

Instead of panicking and falling to death, I flew down slowly and grasped a ledge and did a pull up (in real life I can’t do any pull ups). Then I slowly released my hands and gently landed on the floor.

I’ve been keeping track of my dreams for a long time now and they’ve never been this consistently positive.

I have other examples of positive dreams but I think you get the idea.

Small Grenades:

1tsp sea salt + water in the morning. Again, rec by Dave Asprey.

Greenwave dirty electricity filters: installed two so far in my apt, waiting for 2 more to arrive. Also realized I had a big power strip plugged in with gadgets right by the bed, below my head. Unplugged it, put it thru an emf filter and placed at foot of the bed.

Of course, have been using my eye mask + soft ear plugs to completely block out all sound + light to get deep sleep.

Lastly, been using my zeo sleep manager to get valuable insights on my sleeping patterns. I had no idea I woke up so many times and a lot of my sleep has been interrupted by long chunks of waking up to check ipad. Swapping out that habit now.

This guy has single handedly given me a huge life evolution boost. I highly recommend you watch & rewatch bulletproof exec’s appearance on the joe rogan podcast.

Future grenades:

I’m still waiting for the earthing mat, which should arrive any day now. That’s going to kick stress relief & better sleep to a higher level.
